Our finest almond and nut dough, without flour, laid on a wafer base and baked. Carefully coated in delicious dark chocolate. Elisen Lebkuchen and the wafer base are gluten-free. Our very best creation! The soft, juicy core is one of the distinguishing features of our highest quality Elisen.
