Moist Lebkuchen pockets made using organic spelt flour, complemented perfectly wth a redcurrant filling. The dough is sweetened only with honey, coated in an egg glaze and topped with walnuts. Very wholesome, fruity and just a little sweet.

Decoration: walnuts.
Filling: redcurrant fruit filling (redcurrants, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch, thickener: agar agar, acidifier: citric acid, chocolate coating preservative: potassium sorbate).
May contain traces of other nuts and/or nutshell pieces.
