Pure or infused with sparkling wine 2 cl fruit liqueur infused with Prosecco or sparkling wine makes a wonderfully refreshing aperitif.
Warm up on cold days heat 6 cl fruit liqueur, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
